GeoProbe is a web-based tool that assists geotechnical engineers in planning ground investigation (GI) programmes. The service generates GI schedules, Bills of Quantities, ICE Schedule 1 documents, and AGS 4.0.4 data exports based on user inputs.
GeoProbe is intended for use by qualified geotechnical engineers and other appropriately experienced professionals. It is a planning aid only and does not replace professional engineering judgement.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use GeoProbe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Bill of Quantities rates are indicative only, based on 2024–25 UK market data. They should not be used as tender prices without verification against current market rates. GeoProbe accepts no liability for cost overruns arising from reliance on indicative rates.
The user remains solely responsible for ensuring that any GI programme designed using GeoProbe is appropriate for the site conditions, project requirements, and applicable standards and regulations.
GeoProbe and all content, software, algorithms, and outputs generated by the service are owned by or licensed to GeoProbe. The service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any project data and site information you input into GeoProbe. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.

These datasets are provided under their respective licences and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
GeoProbe offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable UK rate where required.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
GeoProbe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoProbe shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to GeoProbe in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using GeoProbe, you consent to such processing.
We may suspend or terminate your access to GeoProbe at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@geoprobe.co.uk.
Upon termination, your right to use GeoProbe ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the service. Continued use of GeoProbe after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
